Privacy policy
The short version: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising networks. We process only what you send us through the contact form, plus standard server logs.

1. Who the data controller is
The controller of personal data provided through www.naos-software.pl is Oskar Dajnowicz-Kamiński Prywatne Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo-Usługowe „COLDI”, ul. Długa 80, 66-530 Drezdenko, Poland, VAT ID 2810061170.

2. The contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we process what you enter into it: your name, email address, optionally a company name, and the message itself. Alongside the message we store the time it was sent and the IP address — solely to be able to limit abuse of the form.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We keep messages for as long as the correspondence and its natural follow-up last, and afterwards for the limitation period of any potential claims. We do not build a marketing list from them and we do not send a newsletter.
The form content reaches us by email through an external mail provider. Beyond that we do not pass the data to anyone, unless required to by law.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools or advertising networks. There is no Google Analytics here, no social pixels and no tracking scripts.
We store one piece of information in your browser’s local storage, under the key “naos-lang”: the language version you chose. That happens only once you click the language switcher yourself; the value never leaves your device and never reaches us. You can remove it through your browser’s site data settings.
On your first visit to the home page we read the language preference your browser reports, in order to show you the right version. This happens entirely on your side — we neither store that information nor send it to the server.
4. Server logs
The site runs on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Like any web server it writes standard access logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the resource requested, the response code, the referring page and browser information.
Logs are used only for server administration, fault diagnosis and protection against abuse. We do not link them to identified individuals and we do not use them for profiling. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these, write to office@naos-software.com. We answer within one month at the latest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
6. Links to other sites
The portfolio and clients pages link to other companies’ websites. We are not responsible for how those sites process data — their own privacy policies apply there.
