The back office of a prepaid SIM registration system: retail points, staff accounts and the whole registration workflow on the server side. The portal was built in Java and Spring and drives the same process that the mobile app carries out in the field.

Client: SimApka
An app for registering prepaid phone numbers, used by owners and staff of retail outlets. The idea was to let mobile shops and electronics stores add SIM registration to what they offer, so that a customer could register a card close to where they live. The app runs on both Android and iOS.

Coffee Noir
Client: DOJI | Educational Innovations
A browser-based business simulation in the tycoon genre, designed by the DOJI studio as part of the Doji Academy platform. It teaches company management — sales, finance, marketing and commercial negotiation, with a substantial dialogue engine for dealing with counterparties. The story borrows from detective fiction; the art direction combines classic American comics with film-noir atmosphere. Beyond the browser edition, the game shipped on Steam in September 2021 — for Windows, macOS and Linux; NAOS Software is credited there among the developers.

Doji Academy

A platform for educational games and gamified online training. The portal is run by teaching specialists who turned a personal interest in computer games into training products of their own, with Coffee Noir as the best-known title. We were responsible for the portal layer: accounts, access to the games and the entire server side.

Castaway Island
Client: DOJI | Educational Innovations
A coaching game built for Doji as part of the Doji Academy platform. It helps people who struggle to choose a career direction. The player is one of a group of castaways who must cooperate to get home — the decisions taken, the way each character is handled and the answers given in quizzes build up a personality profile and a set of career recommendations. The content can be tailored to a specific topic, such as team communication or conflict resolution.

Supply Chain
Client: DOJI | Educational Innovations · 2016
A training game built for Doji Academy, with Volkswagen Poznań sp. z o.o. as the end user. It gives hands-on exposure to how the supply chain and the group quality-control procedures actually work. Current and prospective suppliers see for themselves how much a single component decides the quality of the finished car. The game was first used at a supplier meeting in 2016.

Skins Guard
Client: Skins Guard
A trading portal integrated with the Steam platform — buying and selling Steam marketplace items, buy-back and a user referral system. The back end runs on Java and Spring, while the Steam integration itself was written in C#, the only way to handle the platform protocol reliably.

A mobile application integrated with the ServiceNow platform, built for SPOC. Its purpose was to make ServiceNow easier to use inside companies’ internal processes. The engagement covered both the visual design and the Android development work.
