IT outsourcing and team support
We do not rent out developers and we do not keep anyone sitting between projects so that we can promise a start next week. When you need reinforcement, the people who join you are the ones running our own projects — usually one to three of them, and only once we can genuinely free them up.
We keep no bench
Outsourcing firms hold people between projects so they can say "we start on Monday". We do not, so we never quote a start date before checking who is free. If nobody is, you hear that immediately — rather than a recruitment process run for your project and presented to you as our team.
We work inside your process, not beside it
We join your repository, your code review process and your meetings, and we report to your project lead rather than to an intermediate layer on our side. Without that, outsourcing turns into sending requirements into a void and waiting for a reply.
You talk to the people writing the code
There is no account manager relaying requirements onward. The people in the meeting are the ones who implement what is agreed — a question asked on Wednesday does not come back as an answer next Tuesday.
How many people you can actually get
One to three, often part time, because our own projects run in parallel. If you need more than that, your own recruitment or a firm built for staffing will serve you better — and we will say so, rather than taking the engagement and looking for people along the way. We bill for time actually worked, so reducing engagement does not require renegotiating a contract.
When you should hire instead
If software is your product and will be developed for years, you eventually need people of your own — we are too few to replace them. In that case a bridging role makes sense: we work until your recruitment closes and hand over knowledge, rather than settling in permanently.
Common questions
Do you have anyone available right now?
Usually not. A realistic start is a few weeks out, because we first have to close what we are already running. Once you ask, we answer with a date — and when there is no date, we say plainly that we do not have anyone free.
How is the work billed?
For outsourcing, usually for time worked, in monthly billing periods and at an engagement level agreed in advance. The commercial model does depend on the engagement, so we settle it during the estimate rather than announcing one on a web page.
Who is responsible for code quality?
We are. We work under your code review process, and if you do not have one we will help put it in place. Code written to fill a billing period without review is the most expensive kind of saving.
Do you work with teams outside Poland?
Yes. We are on Central European Time and work in English, so the working day overlaps with teams in Western Europe and Scandinavia. Contracts are concluded inside the European Union.
What is the minimum engagement?
We prefer engagements of at least a few weeks, because anything shorter is spent mostly on getting familiar with the codebase — you would be paying for onboarding rather than for work. For a genuinely small, self-contained task, a one-off project is usually the better fit.
