Custom software development
Off-the-shelf systems assume you work the way everyone else does. The moment that stops being true, people start working around the software with spreadsheets. Custom software reverses the relationship: the system adapts to the process instead of the process bending to the system.
We start with the process, not the stack
The first stage is understanding how the work is done today: who enters what, where data gets re-typed by hand, which steps are genuinely required and which are leftovers from an older system. Scope and price come out of that — on paper, before anyone writes a line of code.
- A map of the process and of every place data is duplicated
- Scope split into stages, each with business value of its own
- Price and schedule agreed before development starts
We build in short cycles
Working software every two weeks, on an environment you can open and click through yourself. Changing your mind mid-project is normal and cheap as long as you are looking at the product rather than at a progress report. Code quality and application security are part of the scope, not an extra — we follow OWASP guidance.
Warranty and support after release
Everything we build carries a warranty. After release we stay on for as long as it is useful: fixes, changes forced by regulation, further modules. Support terms are agreed separately, so you are not paying a retainer for months in which nothing happens.
When we advise against building
If your process is standard and a proven product already covers it, we will say so — buying it and connecting it with an integration is faster and cheaper. Custom software earns its cost where the way you work is an advantage, or where a packaged tool forces you to work against it.
Common questions
What does custom software cost?
It depends on scope, but we do not start from a number pulled out of the air. After a conversation and a look at the process, we price it in stages — the first stage is usually small enough to commission without deciding on the whole thing. For new clients the estimate itself is free.
Which technologies do you use?
Java and Spring on the server, PostgreSQL for data and a modern JavaScript front end. We also work in the .NET (C#) ecosystem and in mainstream CMS platforms where a project calls for it — the stack follows the project, not the other way round.
Can we start with a single stage?
Yes, and that is usually how we start. The first stage covers one process end to end, so it can be put in front of real users and judged in practice. If you decide at that point not to continue, nothing commits you to the rest.
How long does a project take?
A first working version usually takes from a few weeks to a few months depending on scope. Our portfolio covers both short engagements and systems we have developed alongside a client for over a year — duration follows scope, not process.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. We are in the Central European timezone, contract inside the European Union and work in English day to day. Most communication happens in writing and on calls, with occasional visits when a project genuinely benefits from being in the same room.

A short description of the problem is enough to start. We reply within one working day with concrete questions, and for new clients the estimate is free.
