Custom software development
Off-the-shelf software works well when your processes can fit the product. When they cannot, spreadsheets, manual work and duplicated data start appearing around it. Custom software lets the system follow the way your business actually works.
We start with the process, not the stack
We start by understanding how the work is done today: who enters what, where data is entered more than once, which steps are genuinely needed and which remain from older systems. Only then do we define the project scope. You receive it in writing together with the estimate before development begins.

We build in short cycles
Every two weeks we make a working version available in a test environment. You can use it yourself and give feedback before further functionality is built on top of it. Code quality and application security are part of the work from the beginning, following OWASP guidance.
Warranty and support after release
The software we build comes with a warranty. After release, we can continue handling fixes, regulatory changes and further development. Maintenance terms are agreed separately, so you do not need to pay a standing retainer during periods when no work is required.
When we advise against building
If your process is standard and a proven product already solves the problem, we will say so. Buying an existing system and integrating it may be more sensible than building everything from scratch. Custom software makes the most sense where the way your company works is part of its advantage or packaged software clearly gets in the way.
Common questions
What does custom software cost?
Cost depends primarily on scope, so we do not quote a number before understanding the project. Work can be estimated in stages, which means you do not have to commit to the entire system at once. Estimates are free for new clients.
Which technologies do you use?
We most often use Java, Kotlin and Spring on the server side and PostgreSQL for data. We also maintain .NET (C#) and PHP systems where a project calls for it. The technology follows the problem, not the other way around.
Can we start with a single stage?
Yes. The first stage can cover one complete process that can be released and tested in real work. Once it is finished, you can decide whether further development makes sense.
How long does a project take?
A first working version usually takes several weeks to a few months, depending on scope. Our portfolio includes both short projects and systems developed with clients over many years.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. We work remotely from Poland and communicate in English, so location is not a requirement for working with us. We agree communication, working hours and the commercial setup according to the project and the client.
